| running

I started to go running, mainly by myself, at the beginning of August 2004. Various people and incidents have inspired me to try this and so far, I love it. The simplicity of throwing on my PE kit and stepping out the door just can't be beat. I'm steadily losing weight and I'm feeling fitter. I need to keep it up.

 

| corde lisse

I've started taking corde lisse classes, to complement my trapeze. It's a great way to build up strength and I'm hoping both skills will benefit.

 

| yoga

I haven't really established a regular yoga class since I left Glasgow. There are two classes I need to try and get to regularly.

| creativity

I'm looking at this in two ways. Firstly, I'm working my way through a book called Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain which teaches you how to draw, no matter how little talent you think you have. Secondly, I want to learn more about about the GIMP so I need to spend some time reading the course being run at linuxchix.org .
